Why should I take Body Pump?

Take Body Pump to get an all encompassing, eight muscle group, free weight training workout.

What to expect in Body Pump class?

Expect to perform weight lifting exercises set to music for 60 minutes.

What to wear to Body Pump class?

You should wear your favorite workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes.

What to bring to Body Pump class?

You should bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, athletic shoes, a towel and weight lifting gloves (optional).

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
