    Dear Club Fitness Members, We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We have temporarily closed the gym to protect and care for those who work with us, our members, and the public. We will miss seeing you at the gym. We are all in this together.     I have lost over 100lbs since August of 2014. I started with small changes in my diet and noticed small decreases in my weight. I then decided to dive into more drastic changes in my eating by cutting portions, only drinking water, watching sugar and calorie intake, and cutting out items like white rice and pasta. I also attend boot camp 3x weekly and do cardio. Since starting bootcamp I’ve lost 95lbs and counting!
