Brian Galler is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Corrective Exercise and Sports Nutrition Coaching. His journey into personal training was fueled by his personal health transformation—overcoming significant overweight conditions, high blood pressure, and cholesterol through dedicated fitness and lifestyle changes, losing over 75 pounds.
Brian’s approach to personal training emphasizes teamwork and personalized plans, focusing on aligning his methods with the unique goals and lifestyles of his clients. He is dedicated to continuing his education and is currently studying to become a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach.
He lives by Henry David Thoreau’s words: “What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals,” a mantra that underscores the transformative power of setting and reaching personal milestones.
Beyond the gym, Brian is an avid wilderness backpacker with significant treks in Yellowstone, the Wind River Range, the Sawtooth Mountains, and a remarkable journey across Spain on the Camino de Santiago. When not exploring the trails, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four adult children, running races, and embracing outdoor adventures.
