Carly Bernardy

Carly Bernardy is an ACTION Certified Personal Trainer and Physical Therapist Assistant. She holds expertise in strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, and rehabilitation, and is also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach with training in Pain Neuroscience Education.

Motivated by her background in physical therapy, Carly focuses on helping clients maintain their fitness levels post-recovery to prevent future injuries. This unique perspective allows her to provide comprehensive care that bridges physical therapy with ongoing fitness routines.

Carly’s fitness journey began in 2016 when initial gym intimidation led her to stick to the elliptical. Encouraged by her brother, she gradually gained confidence to engage in powerlifting, a change that greatly enhanced her approach to personal fitness and training.

In her sessions, Carly uses humor to make workouts enjoyable and believes that fostering a fun atmosphere helps clients achieve their goals more effectively. Her guiding principle, “1% better each day,” inspires gradual and consistent improvement.

Outside of her professional role, Carly enjoys crocheting, gardening, puzzles, attending church, and baking, activities that complement her dedication to a balanced and healthy lifestyle. She aims to make each client feel supported and motivated throughout their fitness journey.
