Carol Woods is a passionate personal trainer specializing in Strength Training and Functional Fitness. She holds a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential and has almost 2 years of experience. With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and CPR certification, Carol’s enthusiasm for fitness shines through in her training approach. Her motivation to become a personal trainer arises from her love for fitness and the desire to help others experience the same confidence and strength she gains from working out. Carol’s personal fitness journey involves overcoming challenges as a mother and rediscovering herself through exercise. She connects with clients by understanding their unique struggles and providing relatable guidance. Carol’s favorite quote, “The body achieves what the mind believes,” reflects her positive mindset.
