Danielle Cobbs

Danielle Cobbs is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and is currently enhancing her expertise with a NASM nutrition certification. She focuses on strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, and rehabilitation, aiming to guide others towards better health and wellness.

Her fitness philosophy evolved from her own experiences. Initially concentrated on achieving specific body goals through bodybuilding and a plant-based diet, Danielle shifted her focus towards overall well-being, realizing the importance of feeling good in addition to looking good. This approach has helped her maintain significant weight loss and improved her mental and physical health.

Danielle builds relationships with her clients by sharing her journey and learning about theirs, believing in a personalized approach to health that respects individual needs and preferences.

Her guiding principle, “Feelings aren’t always facts,” reminds her and her clients to stay tuned to their bodies and continue moving forward, even when challenges arise.

Outside of training, Danielle enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time outdoors. She values family and friends, pursues hobbies like singing and skating, and embraces a lifestyle enriched with travel and reading. Her commitment to a balanced life is supported by regular exercise, a nutritious diet, adequate sleep, and staying socially active.
