Dylan Dixon

Dylan Dixon is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer based in Creve Coeur, specializing in strength training, weight loss, and rehabilitation. With a robust background in sports from second grade through college and a long history of lifting for various goals, Dylan brings a wealth of experience to his personal training. His journey in fitness spans from athletic performance training during his school years to powerlifting and, more recently, physique training.

Dylan’s commitment to fitness is complemented by his qualifications as a NASM Youth Exercise Coach and his expertise in Pre and Post Natal Training and Percussion Therapy. His decision to become a personal trainer was driven by a desire to share the extensive knowledge he has accumulated, helping others achieve their fitness goals.

He connects with his clients through shared goals, celebrating their achievements and fostering a love for fitness as a sustainable part of life. Dylan believes in enjoying the journey of fitness, which he emphasizes with his mantra, “Learning to enjoy the journey keeps it going for a lifetime. Fitness shouldn’t be your entire life, it’s part of it.”

In addition to his training career, Dylan is involved in a game studio where he does 3D character art part-time. He also enjoys playing the guitar, singing on weekends, reading, and exploring new places with his dog. This blend of creative and physical pursuits showcases his holistic approach to life and fitness.
