Erica Hoffman, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at Maplewood Club, brings a fresh perspective to fitness with specialties in strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, and rehabilitation. With a background marked by sports and a personal journey through the challenges of weight and rehabilitation, Erica is driven by a passion for preventative care, a field she’s exploring further in Physical Therapy school. Her personal struggles with weight loss and self-image have culminated in a balanced approach to fitness, emphasizing consistency and mental well-being. Erica’s training philosophy is about making fitness enjoyable and informative, fostering a positive environment for her clients. She connects with clients through text, offering support and motivation, guided by the belief in the body’s untapped potential. Erica’s diverse interests, from art and sports to hiking with her dog, complement her holistic approach to health and fitness.
