Henry Luepke

Henry Luepke, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, brings his passion for strength training, functional fitness, and sports conditioning to his role at Club Fitness in Maplewood. Henry’s journey into fitness began in high school with track and continued with ultimate frisbee in college. After a hiatus, he rediscovered how vital regular physical activity is to his well-being, inspiring him to pursue a career in personal training.

Motivated by his experience of helping his mother overcome her intimidation at the gym, Henry decided to dedicate himself to assisting others in starting their fitness journeys. He prides himself on listening attentively to his clients, understanding their unique needs and goals, and crafting personalized plans that enable them to succeed.

Henry’s favorite fitness mantra, “Ain’t nothing to it but to do it” by Ronnie Coleman, underscores the importance of consistency and commitment in achieving fitness goals. Outside the gym, Henry enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and disc golf, activities that keep him active and engaged in his community.
