Jen Higginbotham is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, and functional fitness. She also holds a certification as a NESTA Certified Physique & Figure Training Specialist. Motivated by the significant impact that physical fitness had on her own life, Jen is passionate about helping others experience similar transformations.
