Jim Dishian is a seasoned NASM Certified Personal Trainer, offering extensive expertise in strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, rehabilitation, and sports conditioning. With additional certifications as a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Macro Nutrition Coach, Jim is deeply committed to helping his clients achieve their fitness goals and boosting their confidence through exercise. Jim’s journey into fitness began early due to his stature as an athlete, leading to a lifelong commitment to staying in shape. A pivotal moment came at age 50 when, dissatisfied with his physical condition, he dedicated himself to a rigorous fitness regime. His successful transformation inspired him to turn his passion for fitness into a career, aiming to motivate others with his story. Known for using humor to make workouts enjoyable, Jim believes that fun is key to consistency in fitness. His mantra, “It doesn’t have to be perfect. We just want to be a little better than yesterday,” encapsulates his approach to gradual, consistent improvement. Outside the gym, Jim enjoys playing his guitars, engaging in karaoke nights with friends, and embodying the lifestyle he promotes.
