Joshua Linn

Joshua Linn is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist based in O’Fallon, KN. His expertise spans strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, rehabilitation, and sports conditioning. He holds an EXOS Performance Specialist certification, furthering his capabilities in athletic performance.

Joshua’s passion for helping others achieve their fitness and life goals drives his personal training career. He aims to keep everyone he trains at their best and pain-free. His fitness journey began with aspirations in hockey, which transitioned into a focus on helping both athletes and non-athletes reach their peak potential. After earning a degree in Exercise Science and working as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach with the St. Louis Blues, Joshua gained extensive experience in rehabilitation and nutrition.

He connects with clients by understanding their fitness habits and preferences, discussing broader life aspects to create a supportive training environment. Joshua’s approach to fitness emphasizes personal growth, aligning training with individual life stories.

His favorite mantras, “It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon,” and “Little wins lead to bigger victories,” highlight his belief in long-term commitment and the cumulative benefits of fitness. Outside the gym, Joshua enjoys coaching hockey, being outdoors, golfing, attending concerts, and spending time with family, which helps him connect with clients on multiple levels.
