
Liz Kandula
Liz Kandula is a dedicated personal trainer at the O’Fallon KN location of Club Fitness, specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, and postpartum fitness. Liz holds a certification as an ACTION Certified Personal Trainer, enhanced by an Associate’s degree in health sciences and further education in kinesiology.
Liz’s fitness journey began in her youth, participating in various sports and exploring Pilates at the age of 13. Her passion for fitness ignited when she started weight training at 15, leading her to a lifelong commitment to the gym and strength training.
Liz connects with her clients by listening attentively, empathizing, and establishing clear communication, which helps build trust and reliability. Her motivational mantra is “no one cares – work harder,” a straightforward encouragement to push through challenges with resilience and dedication.
Outside the gym, Liz enjoys lifting weights, playing the piano, and spending quality time with her family. Her blend of expertise in fitness and her nurturing approach make her a valued trainer for individuals at various stages of their fitness journeys, particularly those navigating postpartum recovery.
