Molly Kovarik is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at the Fenton Club, specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, and nutrition. With a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and a Master’s in Health Advancement, she combines her knowledge of physical training and dietary guidance to help clients achieve their health goals.
Motivated by her extensive background as an athlete, Molly pursued a career in personal training to assist others in their fitness and health journeys. Her own commitment to fitness started with a focus on improving herself through a deeper understanding of exercise and nutrition, which now enables her to effectively guide others.
Molly primarily communicates with her clients in person and via text, tailoring her approach to meet their individual needs. Her favorite fitness mantra, “All foods fit,” underlines her belief in a balanced diet, emphasizing that moderation and customized plans are key to sustainable eating habits.
In her personal time, Molly enjoys hiking with her dogs, reading, and trying out new restaurants, activities that enhance her commitment to a well-rounded lifestyle.
