Nathan Lane

Nathan Lane is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach at the St. Charles location of Club Fitness. Specializing in strength training and weight loss, Nathan brings a unique blend of military discipline and personalized coaching to his training sessions.

Nathan’s journey into fitness began in high school as a football player and deepened during his time in the Army, where he discovered a passion for organizing purpose-driven workouts. His experience in the military also sparked his interest in personal training, especially after helping a colleague prepare for fitness assessments.

Nathan’s approach to personal training is grounded in setting achievable, incremental goals that pave the way to larger achievements. He believes in motivating his clients by emphasizing that “pain is weakness leaving the body,” a mantra that has guided him through challenging workouts and life scenarios.

Outside the gym, Nathan enjoys a variety of activities including football, board games, frisbee, hiking, and dining. He values spending quality time with loved ones, bringing the same commitment and enthusiasm to his personal life as he does to his professional role in fitness.
