Providence Tucker

Providence Tucker III is an experienced personal trainer with a focus on Strength Training, Weight Loss, Mobility, Functional Fitness, and Rehabilitation. He holds certifications such as ACTION Certified Personal Trainer (CPT – NCCPT proctored) and NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT) from the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association, as well as being a Certified Life Coach. Providence was motivated to become a personal trainer by his genuine desire to assist individuals in achieving a healthier lifestyle, encompassing physical, spiritual, and recreational well-being. His own fitness journey spans more than 15 years, during which he and his wife participated in numerous natural bodybuilding competitions. Providence emphasizes building respectful and trusting relationships with his clients, always putting their needs first. He believes in making the most of every training session to prepare clients for a better tomorrow. Outside of fitness, Providence enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing golf.
