Rosemary Mezera is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at the O’Fallon KN Club, specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, rehabilitation, CrossFit, and Olympic barbell lifting. Before transitioning to personal training, she worked as a massage therapist for 20 years, a role that deepened her understanding of body mechanics and health. Rosemary’s passion for fitness was further ignited by personal family health challenges, emphasizing the importance of nutrition and exercise. Holding a certification in Precision Nutrition, Rosemary offers well-rounded guidance, integrating fitness and nutritional counseling. She strives to create a safe and supportive training environment, focusing on functional fitness and aligning her methods with her clients’ personal goals. Rosemary believes in the mantra, “Life is a journey, not a destination,” encouraging a balanced approach to fitness. Outside the gym, she enjoys reading, supporting her son at archery tournaments, and spending time on her farm with her animals. Rosemary is dedicated to helping her clients strengthen their bodies and enrich their lives through fitness.
