
Rylee Williams
Rylee Williams is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a primary focus on strength training. Her passion for fitness evolved from her history as a competitive track and cross-country runner to a fervent engagement with gym culture and weightlifting. After completing her running career, Rylee sought a new challenge and found weightlifting to be a transformative pursuit, significantly altering her self-perception and physical strength. This shift inspired her to become a personal trainer, aiming to share the empowering aspects of weightlifting with others. Though new to personal training, Rylee is committed to understanding her clients’ goals and crafting training experiences that are both effective and enjoyable. Her guiding mantra, “It’s just the bar,” encourages clients to see beyond the physical weight and focus on the strength they possess to overcome challenges. Rylee is enthusiastic about fostering relationships with her clients at Club Fitness, helping them achieve their fitness objectives while she continues to grow in her own fitness journey.
