Samantha Sikes is a dedicated ISSA Certified Personal Trainer at Club Fitness in Fenton, specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, and functional fitness. Her journey into fitness began as a former gymnast who overcame an eating disorder, leading her to discover a profound passion for fitness and nutrition. This personal experience fuels her mission to redefine what it means to be healthy.

Samantha is motivated by her own transformation and the desire to assist others in achieving their health and fitness goals. She believes deeply in the importance of viewing health as an investment, consistently reminding her clients, “What doesn’t CHALLENGE you doesn’t CHANGE you.” This mantra underscores her approach to training, where she encourages everyone to invest in their health for a longer, happier, and healthier life.

Outside of the gym, Samantha enjoys a range of activities that complement her fitness lifestyle, including hiking, baking, and making coffee. She values spending time with close friends and family, integrating her personal life with her passion for health and wellness.
