Sarah Simon is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and PTA Global Certified Trainer at the Creve Coeur Club, specializing in strength training, weight loss, and functional fitness. With additional certifications in NASM Nutrition and Trainology, Sarah’s journey into personal training was sparked by her own transformative fitness experiences and the rewarding feeling of helping others achieve their goals. Sarah’s initial interest in fitness evolved into a passion for powerlifting, significantly changing her approach to personal health. This personal transformation inspired her to pursue a career where she could share the benefits of fitness with others. She connects with clients on more than just a professional level, relating to their everyday struggles and fitness challenges. Her motivational mantras, “mind over matter” and “if it was easy we would all be fit,” drive her training philosophy, emphasizing the importance of mental strength and persistence. Sarah’s approachable nature and commitment to her clients’ success make her a valued trainer at her club, where she continues to inspire and motivate those on their fitness journeys.
