Shannon Davis

Shannon Davis’s expertise includes Strength Training, Weight Loss, Mobility, and Functional Fitness. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with additional certifications in Action CPT, CNC-NASM, WLS-NASM, and Trainology sports performance. Shannon’s motivation to become a personal trainer arose from her background as a paramedic, aiming to help people prevent health emergencies through fitness. Her fitness journey started with elite athleticism as a teenager, followed by a hiatus after retirement. Shannon connects with clients through honesty, research, and remembering their preferences. Her motivating quotes, “If it were easy, everyone would do it,” and “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone,” encapsulate her philosophy. Outside of training, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and researching to better assist her clients’ fitness journeys.
