Timothy O’Shaughnessy is a versatile personal trainer based at the Lake Saint Louis location, with a broad expertise in strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, rehabilitation, and sports conditioning. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and brings additional qualifications including a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and 21 hours of training for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
