Tom Sherman specializes in Strength Training and Weight Loss. Holding a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification, he plans on obtaining additional certifications in PES and Nutrition. Tom is driven by the desire to lead a healthy lifestyle and to assist others in reaching their fitness goals. His own fitness journey began by transitioning from sports-related injuries to heavy weightlifting. Tom connects with his clients through his love for lifting heavy weights and personal weight goals.
