Tyson Long

Tyson Long is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in bodybuilding, based at Club Fitness in Belleville. His expertise spans strength training, functional fitness, and sports conditioning. Tyson’s journey into fitness began in childhood, bonding with his father over weightlifting sessions. This early exposure to fitness evolved into a serious commitment as he engaged in sports and later pursued bodybuilding during his college years.

Tyson’s approach to personal training is deeply personal and tailored, ensuring that each client’s program is uniquely aligned with their individual needs and goals. He believes in building a comfortable and trusting relationship with his clients, which enhances motivation and commitment to their fitness journeys.

His mantra, “Trust the Process,” reflects his philosophy that fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. Tyson encourages his clients to appreciate small achievements while striving for larger, long-term goals. This perspective helps maintain motivation through the ups and downs of their fitness journey.

Outside of training, Tyson enjoys a range of activities that complement his lifestyle, including cooking, hiking, attending concerts, watching Cardinals games, and going to the movies. These hobbies not only enrich his personal life but also help him bring a balanced and relatable approach to his training sessions.
