William Town

William Town specializes in Strength Training, Weight Loss, Functional Fitness, and Rehabilitation. Although he doesn’t possess specialty certifications, his NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) qualification. William’s journey to fitness was marked by the struggle to regain physical health post-Covid, which inspired him to pursue a career in personal training. While he’s still early in his fitness journey, he’s made significant progress, becoming stronger and shedding excess weight. William connects with clients through open communication, actively listening to their goals, and creating a relaxed, low-pressure gym atmosphere. He firmly believes in the mantra, “Do what you can,” emphasizing safety and personal progress.
