Zach Weil is an enthusiastic ACTION Certified Personal Trainer based at the Creve Coeur Club, with a specialized focus in strength training. With professional experience and additional certification as an Action Group Fitness Instructor, Zach’s approach to fitness is rooted in his passion for the gym and social interactions, making personal training a natural career choice for him. Zach’s fitness journey began with a love for sports, evolving into a dedicated strength and weight training regimen a few years ago. The positive changes in his physical appearance and overall well-being have not only motivated him but also shaped his commitment to helping others achieve similar results. His favorite quote by Thomas Jefferson, “If you want something you’ve never had, you must be willing to do something you’ve never done,” reflects his philosophy of pushing boundaries and embracing challenges to achieve personal growth. Outside the gym, Zach enjoys an active lifestyle that includes working out, playing tennis, and engaging in both snow and water skiing.
