Zachary Mislark is a certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach with expertise in strength training, weight loss, and managing chronic diseases. His approach to personal training is deeply influenced by his own transformative health experiences, including a kidney transplant and recovery from major surgeries, which have reshaped his perspective on fitness and life.

Zachary’s journey into fitness began in high school but took on new meaning following his health challenges. His recovery and subsequent dedication to fitness led him to not only regain his strength but also to compete in Men’s Physique, achieving a notable fourth place. This journey fuels his passion for helping others realize their potential, emphasizing the importance of mental toughness and resilience.

He connects with his clients by encouraging them to envision their success beyond the gym, fostering a holistic approach to health that impacts all areas of life. Zachary believes in pushing the limits of both body and mind, often sharing the mantra, “Your body can withstand almost any challenge, it’s the mind that requires convincing that you can.”

Beyond training, Zachary is a car enthusiast, YouTuber, business owner, and an avid reader with interests in medicine, self-growth, and entrepreneurship. He is also learning to play the piano, reflecting his continual pursuit of personal development and learning.
