Now in it’s sixth year, our Bootcamp program continues to grow and see great success! We look forward to another great year with more milestones to be achieved.
I have lost over 100lbs since August of 2015. I started with small changes in my diet and noticed small decreases in my weight. I then decided to dive into more drastic changes in my eating. Since starting bootcamp I’ve lost 95lbs and counting!
